Unfortunately we cannot fulfill subscription orders without your data on file. We are also unable to retroactively add rewards beans to previously placed orders. We do want to serve you in all ways possible but our current back office processes and technologies require some basic information. We host our website on a professional e-commerce platform WPEngine to ensure your data is protected with the highest security standards in the industry today. We do not sell, transfer, or re-market your personal data in any way as noted in our privacy policy . We use the most cost effective shipping methods via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and provide tracking numbers to you. We do not mark up shipping costs on your orders. What the carrier charges, we charge you unless orders qualify for free shipping. Tracking numbers are provided to you via email or text messaging when your order is shipped.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all subscription orders and orders over $100.00. If you combine a subscription order and non-subscription order items into the same shopping cart, shipping charges will apply based on the non-subscription items placed in the cart (up to $100.00).

Our coffee bag labels describe flavors you should be able to detect with proper grinding, water, and brewing method. That said, not everyone has the same sense of smell and taste abilities. The tasting notes describe what WE detect when we brew that coffee - IT IS NOT FLAVORINGS WE ADD TO THE COFFEE. Each country of origin has unique flavors in their coffees based on farmer inputs, growing conditions (altitude, soil, rainfall, etc), and processing methods (washed, honey, natural). We hope that you experiment and taste what different parts of the world offer in a coffee experience.

Your PDF based gift card has a code in the upper left corner. Enter that code in the COUPON field and click on the "Apply" button. The product subtotal will be reduced up to the value of your gift card. Remaining balances on gift cards may be used for future purposes. Keep your gift card code in a safe place.

We offer gift cards in several denominations. You may send them to the recipient directly via our automated email system, or download them after completing your purchase on the website. You may find your gift cards in your account under the "Downloads" section. You may print the PDF gift card and provide it to the recipient personally. Either way, they are going to get some great coffee! Gift card recipients may use their gift cards by entering the gift card code in the Coupon Field at checkout. Gift Cards are valid for reducing subtotal value of products purchased. Gift cards are not valid for shipping costs.

Reward Beans can be used for discounts on future product purchases on our website. Reward Beans are granted on a 1:1 basis for products purchased (does not including shipping costs). Reward Beans are similar to the cash back credit cards we are all familiar with, only we don't send cash or checks for 2% cash back. Reward Beans may not be redeemed for cash. You may redeem your Reward Beans for discounts on your cart subtotal (excludes shipping). There is no cost to join our rewards program (unlike other coffee sites). Reward Beans is our way of saying thank you for being loyal customers!
