Coffee of the Month
We strive to find new and interesting coffees from around the world and bring them to you at a fair and reasonable price. Each month, we select a coffee that stands out and is unique in its flavors, farming & processing methods, and the quality you expect from Spiral Horn Coffee. We roast each coffee to find that “perfect spot” where the combination of conductive and convective heat in the roaster makes this particular coffee exhibit all that is has to offer. We hope you enjoy the selection for this month!
April – We Present Trail Boss!
Our Trail Boss Blend combines the best of our Central and South American dark roasted single origin coffees to create this unique coffee enjoyed by all “dark roast” coffee drinkers. Dark, roasty, and chocolatey enough to provide that a comforting coffee flavor at campfires or in the home. We can only imagine how much more fun cattle drives of yesteryear would have been if the journey included the Trail Boss Blend.
The Trail Boss Blend is a slightly more roasted taste than the Silver Spurs Blend yet still has that strong but smooth dark coffee flavor preferred by followers of the style. For the folks that need the boost or just love dark strong and rich coffee without the “charcoal” burnt taste.
