Honduras produces some of the best coffee in Central Amercia. We selected this highly prized certified organic coffee from the Los Melocotones farm in Honduras due to its special flavors. Salvador Santos Martinez owns the 3.5-hectare certified-organic farm Los Melocotones, which has just over 1 hectare planted with coffee plants. This beautiful coffee captured our hearts and taste buds. Honduras is utilizing honey processing similar to our other coffee from Costa Rica.

I discovered this amazing Honduran coffee at a tasting when I stopped by Spiral Horn when in Texas last year. The balance and the mouthfeel of this blend is magical! The description is on point and I HIGHLY recommend giving this blend a try!
