We selected this Costa Rica coffee for the flavors imparted through the honey processing method. Costa Rica started the honey process method and it has since spread to other countries in Central America. During processing, some or all of the mucilage of the coffee cherry is left on during the drying stage giving the coffee a unique sweetness.
