We have roasted our same specialty Colombian coffee and just enhanced it a bit with the traditional ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg flavors found in pumpkin spice.  We are sensitive to, and appreciate, all of the wonderful flavor notes of our Colombian coffee so we don't drown it out with overpowering flavor enhancement.  The old "lipstick-on-a-pig" axiom does not apply! Give our version of this season favorite a try.  We believe you will be pleased.
