Our decaf Mexico coffee is shade grown under forest canopies therefore reducing the need for conventional fertilizers and pesticides.  Our decaf Mexico Veracruz scores very high on the grading scale, and even higher than some of our "regular" coffees.  When ground and brewed properly, we detect chocolate, toffee, stone fruit, and tea-like notes
